I spent the first five years of my career in tech and startup environments, focusing primarily on operations, customer experience, research, and project management.
I do my best work when I'm solving problems for users (internally and externally) and I am known for digging deep, identifying pain points, and working together to solve tough challenges. I've led process improvement initiatives and co-managed research projects, where I used those findings to provide insights that impact business decisions. One of my proudest moments was identifying a major process breakdown that was affecting 25% of users, and costing the business money. After presenting the issue, I led a team that reduced that number to just 5%.
On the weekends you'll find me out and about bird watching, trail running with my partner and pup and trying out a new breakfast joint. (and yes, sometimes that includes sports gels—no shame!).
